Welcome to Kinetic! We're honored you're here and look forward to partnering with you. Here’s a step-by-step guide to getting started.

Our intake coordinator will chat with you for about 10-15 minutes to learn about your child, understand your concerns, gather basic information (like your child's name, date of birth), and collect your insurance details.

We will schedule a 60-90 minute appointment for you and your child to meet with one of our licensed therapists. This first meeting is all about getting to know your child in a comfortable, play-based environment. We'll assess their current skills, strengths, and areas of need. (You can read more about this in our "What to Expect" guide below!)

After the evaluation, your therapist will create a detailed report and a personalized care plan. We'll sit down with you to:

• Discuss the findings in plain, easy-to-understand language.
• Set meaningful goals together, based on what's most important to your family.
• Recommend a plan for therapy, including the type (e.g., OT, Speech) and frequency (e.g., once a week).

Once the plan is confirmed, we'll schedule your first regular therapy sessions!
